PALette Is Back: Finish 2026 With Clarity, Momentum, and Your Financial Friends
There’s a particular feeling that shows up every November. The year is almost over. The financial to-do list you wrote in January is still sitting there: rolling over that old 401(k), checking your beneficiaries, finally looking at your net worth. Meanwhile, the holidays are getting closer, and so is the pull to just “deal with it next year.”
PALette is for that moment.
What is PALette?
PALette is the mini version of PAL (Pledgettes Accountability League), our small-group accountability program. PAL has been one of my favorite parts of The Pledgettes. Over and over, I’ve watched women in PAL become better Financial Friends to each other. They get clearer on what they’re working toward, and they actually do the financial tasks they’ve been putting off. Those small actions add up.
PALette gives you that experience in a shorter format that fits the end of the year. We meet in small groups for four 60-minute virtual sessions, every other week in November and December.
And one of the best parts this year? It’s free for all The Pledgettes in our community! So if you’re not yet a Pledgette, now is a great time to join!
What You’ll Experience
Four 60-minute small-group sessions. In each session, you celebrate your wins, commit to your next step, and get support from women working on their own goals.
Your own PALette Circle inside The Pledgettes community, where you track your Celebrations and Commitments and stay in touch with your fellow Pals between sessions.
A Self-guided Money Workbook for Financial Clarity and Financial Confidence that you can work through at your own pace.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Dedicated time on your calendar for your money and your goals
Gentle accountability to finally check off the “boring” financial tasks
A clean financial finish to 2026
Momentum and excitement for 2027 to be your best financial year yet
Real connections with women who talk openly about money
Why Accountability Works
As a behavioral finance coach, I can tell you that knowing what to do is rarely the problem. Most of us already know we “should” do things like update our budget, pay down our credit cards, or schedule a meeting with our HR Benefits Manager. What we’re missing is the structure and the people around us to make it happen.
Accountability works because it turns an intention into a commitment you’ve said out loud to someone. You’re much more likely to follow through when you know a few women will ask you about it in two weeks, and that they’ll celebrate with you when it’s done. Every great thing you’ve accomplished in life (raises/promotions/new jobs, taking the leap to start a business, or making big financial choices like buying a car or house), you did with support. Your money deserves that too.
Who PALette Is For
PALette is for you if:
You want to take financial actions you keep avoiding
You want to end the year feeling financially clear and confident instead of overwhelmed
You’ve been curious about PAL and want to try small-group accountability before committing to a longer program
You want more women in your life you can talk money with
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You only need to be willing to take one step at a time.
