Last month we celebrated our 5th anniversary! I am still working through all the emotions of having this community for the past 5 years, celebrating what individual Pledgettes have achieved in 5 years, and being incredibly grateful for all the Pledgettes, speakers, and allies who have supported this year, this community, and this future.

We launched 1:1 Sessions about a year ago and it has been an incredible joy!
In 1:1 sessions, we have worked through:
- Goal Clarity. But really WHY do you want to be debt-free, earn more, start a business or invest in real estate? This has been illuminated as I have seen such specific, meaningful goals from this. To honor a parent who has passed away, care for current and future family, and getting back in touch with who we really are and what we really want.
- Exploring Choices. Some times we assume we have fewer choices that we actually do and we keep trying to force a round peg in a square hole. Through 1:1 sessions, we prioritize the right conversations with the right people to understand the choices in front of us and confidently take action.
- Making Big Leaps. From career breaks/changes to planning for incredible travels, we work through why the best things in life involve some risk.
