The Pledgettes is on a mission to abolish the gender wealth gap by facilitating money conversations. We know that when women hold more wealth, they build healthier and wealthier communities. So we are inviting some Denver communities to join us in celebrating Women’s Equality Day!
Women’s Equality Day is Friday, August 26. We are expanding our recognition this year to a week of virtual/Denver events, including a huge celebration on Wednesday, August 24th with 10 Denver Women communities at a new women-focused workspace, TARRA (tarra.co).
Women’s Equality Day celebrates the anniversary of a women’s right to vote (19th amendment). There are a number of advancements towards gender equality that trailblazers have advocated for and earned. We have also had some setbacks. This event is an opportunity to celebrate progress and commit to advocating for more equality.
Come on out to have healthy, wealthy money talks and meet more Denver women communities.

Undestructable
We are a nonprofit organization working with survivors of intimate partner violence on their journey to economic independence from their harm-doers. We do this through an employment program that not only provides them with an income and the life & job skills they need, but also promotes healing and the rediscovery of their innate self-worth creating sustainable products made from post consumer waste. Our motto is: RECLAIMED. REIMAGINED. REBUILT.
